Egg Halwa
Egg Halwa or commonly known as Anday Ka Halwa. It's a soft textured halwa recipe that will instantly melt in your mouth.It is pretty simple and does not take a long time like halwa.So here is the recipe

Ingredients
- Egg - 3
- Milk - 250 ml
- Cardamom - 1
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1 teaspoon
- Raisins - Few
Procedure
- Blend egg,milk and sugar in the mixer
- Heat ghee in a pan,add raisins and cardamon and saute for a minute
- Add the beaten mixture slowly and keep stirring the mixture.
- Keep stirring it continuously in low flame.
- After sometime, the milk will be absorbed completely.
- Stir for few more mins till it becomes like scrambled eggs.
- Switch off the stove.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve hot
Notes
- The amount of sugar can be altered according to our taste buds.
- The entire process should be done in low flame.
- Do not forget to keep stirring, else it will burn in the bottom
- if you like milk powder add 2-3tsp
- If you want add few drops of vanilla essence
